73-86 control arm swap ride height
I've searched and couldn't find an answer. I'm putting '86 control arms and spindles on a '65 C10 frame. Question is will it change the ride height from factory?

If you don't change the springs, no it will not change. The track width will increase by about 3/4" wider per side.

Re: 73-86 control arm swap ride height
As Capt. said, springs will interchange. Keep in mind that you don't know how much springs have sagged in the '65 so even with swapping the 2" drop springs, you might not get 2" drop from the current height. If they sagged 1" and you put in 2" drop springs, your net drop will only be 1" because the truck was already 1" lower than factory.
