Post What kind of shocks?

I have an 2wd 88 chevy 2500 series with the 6 lug wheels and a 6 inch lift. I wanted to know what you guys think are the best shock on the market right now. I was looking at pro-comp, skyjacker, rancho and fabtech. What would you guys suggest for a smooth highway ride and good offroad performance? Thanks in advanc.

We have used Pro Comp and Skyjacker, and thought Pro Comp gave the best ride. Check and see if these companies have different valving available for your purposes.
