3 Speed Lever Assembly Adjustment
The space between the 1st/Rev. & 2nd/3rd levers needs to be reduced. I have searched and haven't found the answer. Can anyone explain how to perform this adjustment? I have loosened the screws on the clamping ring and tried to rotate didn't work. Help Please.

Re: 3 Speed Lever Assembly Adjustment
IIRC there are 3 bolts to loosen at the end of the shifter assembly on the column in the engine bay. The bolts mount in angled slots so that when the end piece is twisted, the bolts cam against the slots and reduce the clearance between the shifting arms. Makes it a whole lot easier to drive when you aren't stuck between gears!

Re: 3 Speed Lever Assembly Adjustment
Good stuff! I've picked up so much info on this forum. It's good to be able to pay it back a bit…
