Fuel System question

What is this line for in the pic below. When I got my motor, it was disconected, so I am not sure how to plumb it into the system.

Is that connecting to the vacuum port on the upper rear of that manifold? Its the EVAP solenoid.

It is at the front, just behind the throttle body,

It is the purge solenoid valve for the sealed fuel system on newer vehicles . Not needed at all . Get rid of it .

Purge/EVAP. You can just leave the solenoid in there if you don't wanna block it off, its closed unless activated.

Buy a dedicated plug or get the twist tight oil pan plug at parts store. Its like a 1/2" hole i think.
