Freakin Short!!

alright i drive a 74 k5 blazer 4x4. anyway a while back my tilt really screwed up. at about the same time my tail lights went out. I have turn signals in the back and that is it. I have no back up lights brake lights etc. When I have the headlights on my interior lights are also on also when I hit the brakes they come on. When I hit the brakes and have the turn signals on my interior lights blink with the blinker. I changed steering columns and it still does it. So where do you guys think my short is?

check the headlamp and dimmer switches. The dimmer switch on the floor causes a lot of wierd things when they go south.

Lightbulb

Also look at all the ground wire's for the head & tail light's this sound's like a poor grounding problem than a short. A short would be blowing a fuse or a fuseable link.
