54 3100 vent window handle. Need help . please

Working on my 1954 3100 truck and I need some help with vent window handles.
When I got my truck the vent windows handles and all the hardware is missing.
I can't figure out what all I need. I can find the handles, washers and roll pins, but I can't find what holds the handle to the window frame. I assume it is a pin?
I can't find a picture anywhere on the web. I also called LMC trucks and Classic parts.com and they don't seem to know what I am talking about.
Does anyone have a picture of this shaft or stud that I need. Also where can I get them?

The stud that you are looking for is usually attached to the frame itself . When the chrome handle freezes to the shaft or from regular use the shaft tears away from the frame and is usually lost. You will have to find a used frame to get that shaft. By the time you do that it might be easier to drill out the top pivot rivot and replace the vent frame with a good use one (the bottom just bolts in) . The repo people don't have a clue what they are selling.
