Re: DIY4X crossmember fitment
Awesome Trevor, that would be fantastic. I've also asked BlueBullet to measure his Longhorn. I will go back and triple check the measurement of mine as well.

Right.. I think the frame should be the same height spanning the distance in between the lines below.

Re: DIY4X crossmember fitment
That measurement on mine is 5-1/8" on both sides. I measured right in front of engine cross member.

Re: DIY4X crossmember fitment
So here's my solution for those interested. Kert offered to make me some shorter parts to fit my frame, but that costs $$$, I also could've had it cnc milled locally, but that also costs $$$.
Here it is as received from DIY4X I went to the shop and picked out my thickest chop saw blade And sliced the pieces in half, Here's my height after the cut, just about perfect. Now ill grind away some of that nice powdercoat, cut a V groove, square it up, and burn it back together with the Lincoln

Re: DIY4X crossmember fitment
I will clamp them in place inside the frame and tack it together in a few places before I weld them up completely. That way it will guarantee a perfect fit.
