Maybe they meant 'chrome like finish'.

Has anyone dealt with Ecklers? Their ebay account seems to have a little bit high of negs in the feedback section.

No but I have dealt with the Truck Shop in Orange, CA and like them. Also LMC is good. Purchased stuff from Brothers and had no issues also Classic Truck Parts.

A friend bought a pair , they were chrome steal

They say aluminum, but they are not.

They have changed the Ad, they now say Stamped Steel.
They seem to be like any other bezel out there, but not sure why the higher price.
I know I have tried two sets now from other stores and both sets seem to start rusting in short order.
