What size lug nuts are on my truck?
What is the correct size lug nuts for my 70 6-lugger wheels? I want to order some today online and can't get home to my truck to check. 1/2" or 7/16ths? Thanks! Unless someone wants to sell me some nice new ones

why order them online and pay shipping when you can just go to any local auto-parts store and buy them cheaper??????

If your truck is a C/10 then I'd say 7/16" (not sure about the 3/4 & 1 tons). Maybe one of the experts can post a comment, later Doug

I wouldn't say cheap around here. They want $1.50 a piece for the acorn style chrome lugnuts. I need 24 of them for my new ralleye wheels I'm putting on. 24 @ $1.50 a piece is $36. I can get them online for $20 + shipping. I'll wait the 4 days and save $10. Thanks for the input guys

That's what I thought too Tx, but I wasn't sure. I just know for sure both of mine use 1/2". The newer trucks use 7/16" though. I got lucky when I bought my wheels and tires. The guy that sold em to me at Discount gave me 7/16" first and when they didn't work, he gave me a box of 20 chrome locking lugs for free, and the special sleeve socket key for em.

The fun lugs to find are this style 9/16 for 1 tons in the 70-72 era.
