The USBody dash is intentionally left slightly oversized on all the edges. You need to do some trial fitting and sanding with an 80 grit block to shape it perfectly to your cab. But it is not terribly difficult to get a good fit. The defroster vent holes and a/c vent holes are not cut, you must do that yourself it you want to use them. As for the finish, it comes with primmered gel coat. There are some places on mine that will need a little filler and finish sanding. So if anyone is just looking for a simple 1 or 2 hour bolt in job, this is not the dash they want.

Re: Looking for a Fiberglass Dash
I still have more block sanding to do on it. I want this thing super smooth and shiney. I want to be able to wax my dash!

Re: Looking for a Fiberglass Dash
I don't know anything about this company, and their dash is vinyl colored - looks like black only. The price is very high, IMHO.
