chrome t-case trim ring factory?
This chrome trim ring was already on my 1979 GMC K25 NP203 t-case boot. Does anyone know if this is OEM? It does look nice but needs a refresh. I'm considering getting it re-plated, unless anyone knows where new ones are out there.

Re: chrome t-case trim ring factory?
Rechroming is expensive...since the topside still looks good i would just polish it...on the bottom rusty side I'd clean up the rust and put some good sealer on it and let it go....unless you got a show truck

Re: chrome t-case trim ring factory?
I chrome powder coated mine, turned out well.
I would also suggest maybe a chrome vinyl wrap, quick, cheap and easy!! Enjoy, |
