Pedal Pad Woes

Anyone find a good source for pedal pads? I am returning the set I got from LMC. Pads are so stiff they have next to zero stretch ability. I tried some soapy water and nothing worked. The pad actually broke while trying to get it on the pedal. Terrible quality.

How about coating the metal with bed liner or FlexSeal?

Anyone try that option?

Re: Pedal Pad Woes

I bought some from Classic Parts and had good luck with them. They are a tight fit for sure. I might have used a little WD-40 on them for lubrication, can't remember though, been a couple or three years ago. Joseph

Re: Pedal Pad Woes

I think I used the heat gun on mine with soapy water, they were tight but went on fine. The pedal rubber is meant to be rugged so they are a bit stiff.
