Who sells a new or refurb steering intermediate shaft?

'77 so the Jeep shaft won't fit. I know about the Borgeson but at $250 it seems like overkill for a 43 year old dually.

Does anyone sell a refurb intermediate shaft? or a new bellows/seal for the upper "bell". The shaft is fine, just ugly. (Insert joke here).

Pretty sure I saw them in the LMC catalog. Why the Jeep shaft no worky? I just converted my 85 for $50. Easy peasy. Great results.

LMC sells one similar to the Borgeson with a u-joint only on one end ($279), but no stock replacement.

'77 and earlier have splined shafts on the column. Jeep unit won't go on.

Re: Who sells a new or refurb steering intermediate shaft?

I ended up making my own. Top half is stock, bottom half is a Astro van unit. I do have a late model box though. Most people don’t realize the early model stuff is different. I could not find a shaft to bolt into the stock setup.

I thought it'd be an easy thing to find a refurb one. Guess not.
