I think the battery side (or both) frame rail is used as a ground bus on 67-72, so I guess 60-66 is similar. The assy. manual has more info.
I'd ground the bed, cab, engine, and inner fender to the frame to start.

I'm all for lots of grounds but four cab to frame grounds is a bit overkill. Can't hurt I guess. I've run two extra grounds from the frame to the rad support (left side, right side). I have main ground from battery to block and block down to the frame. And a ground from the back of the block to the firewall. Rear frame to box is also needed for tail lights. Also instead of bare braided copper, which will corrode and look awful, I get the ones that are tinned. I use good quality star washers (cheap ones just squish flat) and a little Dremel tool to clean down to metal.
