Inline fuse 18 b/w - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Not sure what this circuit is. There are two inline fuses which are open on the front harness. The wire is coded black/white and it feeds off bat+. I followed it to the firewall.

My head lights don’t worn so maybe this is the cause.

Nope, all they do is feed the Amp gauge. Both of them should have a short 4 amp fuse in them.
