Removing cab
Is it necessary to brace the cab when removing it from the frame?

Can you post some good pictures of the inside (interior removed) and underside.
If its decent there is no need to brace the cab. I just did this. See my signature line for more info. Mine was braced because im doing a complete floor pan replacement.

Well the cab came off with out almost a hitch. The wood brace i built for my hoist broke. Where it mounts on the hoist.

No damage. Besides the wood connecting the strong back to the hoist. It was a rather comical thing to do around 11:30 at night. Sure my neighbors appreciated it.
