Repro GMC Grill?
I searched, but couldn't find any specific threads on the GMC reproduction grills...anyone bought one and have an opinion? I'm thinking of buying a '67 repro, but if they're garbage I don't want to waste my money.
Thanks!

Re: Repro GMC Grill?
I bought one for my 71 when I restored it and have had no problems with it. My truck is garaged and never sees any elements so may not be the best example for a daily driver. But it has served well for 10 years. I also picked mine up when I bought it to avoid the UPS nightmare.

Re: Repro GMC Grill?
Corts60, not sure what your time frame is but I am slowly parting a 67 GMC 1/2 ton with original factory painted grill. Looks to be pretty decent condition but will know more when get it removed. Maybe you would have an interest in it but will not be able to get to it for a bit yet. Too many other irons in the fire so to speak taking quicker priority. Shipping may be a deal killer tho. Sure not getting any cheaper.

Re: Repro GMC Grill?
My buddy got a repop and it wasn’t even close, paid $100 to send it back. I think it’s hit or miss. Since then I’ve just bought every original one that I find. Probably going to cover a wall in the garage with them😂
