Bed mount holes
Hi:
Can somebody tell me, picture would be great, where is the last (or I should say which one is) bed mount hole on my 1953 long bed 3/4 ton GMC? I have taken everything down to the frame and I am working on possible 4 link rear end and I need the hole per instruction as reference point. From the end frame toward the front, I see 3 holes, two bigger ones and one smaller one in the middle. Thanks

Re: Bed mount holes
The only holes in the top of the frame rails behind the crossmember that runs under the back of the cab should be the holes for the bed hold down bolts.
The Mar-K instructions give some measurements but not a lot. https://www.mar-k.com/PDFs/Instructi...-Long-Step.pdf

Re: Bed mount holes
In this picture, I assume the first hole from the end of the frame rail is the last bed mount hole?
Thanks

Re: Bed mount holes
I would have to believe that you are correct.
