Center Console Ideas.

I am in europe right now, but when i get home at the end of the month i plan on building a center console for my 72. its got bench seats in it, and an atuo on the column. im looking for sometihnf that i can put my new cd player head unit into, save hacking the dash. i also want to put in a set of 6x9s and maybe some 5 1/4s or something. im also thinking maybe a set of drinkholders and some storage space for some misc stuff. im probly gonna build it out of wood, with tweed fabric or soemtihng over it. what kind of ideas does everybody have? im thinking of someting that comes down form the bottom of the dash that meets the front of the seat, but really not too sure. does anybody have any pictures or plans from past builds? it would be really appreciated if someone could give me some help here...thanx in adavance guyz, i know i wont be dissapointed.

use fiberglass and wood to make it. If you want some good pics go to termpro.com and look in the forums or go to cardomain.com and look there. Best thing you can do it so make a carbboard template and have that in you truck and see of you like it.
