I never even installed the brand new soft top that came with the Jimmy when I bought it. The top came off and hasn't been back on for years.

First time out of the shop in a year ++. I've been pretty sick & have recovered enough to see about my old trucks. I was happily surprised that after charging the batteries & priming the carbs. both started, ran & shifted. The brakes need attention on both of them. I washed about 2lbs of dust, dirt, spider webs & bug droppings off of them. I need to regain some strength so I can fix the brakes and detail both of them. Time for the weather to cool off a little so I can enjoy the Blazer. I drove it up & down US-1 (rural) a little after I washed it off... I'd forgotten how much FUN it is... kinda like a big FAST golf cart.
