Do I need spacers?

Finally getting to lower my truck and I have the front end done but when I looked at the new series 510 US wheels and cooper tires I just had mounted I noticed there's a recess in the backside of the wheels. My thinking is this is fine or they'd have shopped spacers but I always like hearing your opinions. The gap shown measures 0.200
