Porterbuilt Rear
Had a friend drop off a few pieces from a PB rear bagged kit. Got the trailing arms, trailing arm crossmember for a one piece driveshaft and an adjustable track bar. I won't be bagging my '64 longbed, just doing a 4" rear spring drop. I'll for sure use the track bar, but is there any reason to go to the trouble of using these pieces and converting it to spring drop? Simplicity? Strength?

Pieces are stronger/beefier vs stock stuff.

Re: Porterbuilt Rear
Thanks Scoti, I was hoping to get your take on it. I'm planning on dropping in an auto trans as well, and it couldn't hurt to be able to adjust angles with the new driveline.

Re: Porterbuilt Rear
No problem. Anything that offers adjustability even @ milder 6" drops is better vs limited/no adjustment.
