Got new tires
https://youtube.com/shorts/8loFHHn5qIg?feature=share
Last time I bought new tires was summer 2002, tread was like new but they were dry rotted, these were a few bucks under a grand at Costco, 275 60 15, cleaned up the dirty rusty wheels. |

Re: Got new tires
Good choice. Same size as I'm running on my '64. I bought a set of Firestones, $588 for the set of 4 installed (after rebate).

Re: Got new tires
When did you get them, Firestone tire shop told me nothing available in that size, Walmart had them but have to order online, Firestone Firehawk indy 500, about $159.00 each tire plus installation tax disposal etc.

Re: Got new tires
I bought them last November, ordered online and had my local tire shop mount them. Paid $158 each with free shipping, and Firestone had an $80 rebate on a set of 4 in November.
