'85 K30 Chassis Cab - Jack Info

I picked up a 1985 K30 Chassis Cab this past winter that is missing all of the jack components (Jack, lug wrench, and jack handle)

I'm hoping someone could post some pics of the correct pieces for this vehicle so I know what to look for. (Could even be a pic from owner's manual or brochure) I know a heavy duty bottle jack would be better, but I'd like to get the factory correct parts. Any info you have would be great.
