Need tie rod conversion sleeve

seeing how I cannot get ahold of turner enterprise.....I need to find someone else that makes a sleeve to allow the mustang outter tie rod end to fit into my 72 chevy spindles. From what dick head bill was telling me....he made a sleeve that I would need to drill out the exsisting hole and press in this sleeve to adapt to the mustang II. I have been trying to find one tonight and cant find any info. If anyone might know where to look...please tell. Thanks
