Ever bought a donut?
Never throw anything away when taking a truck apart that you intend to put back together later...well, I broke that rule and I am now paying for it.
1985 GMC C2500 350 with factory true dual exhaust 2.5". I swapped the whole truck over to a GMC SWB 1/2 ton frame and somehow pitched the factory exhaust donut gaskets. Now, I'm having a real hard time finding the correct ones to put it back together. Anyone have any idea what the donut gasket part number might be for this set up? I guess the factory duals make it a rare bird because the parts books don't show something that fits. Running the stock A.I.R. equipped manifolds and down pipes.
