I have a 72 short bed, that came with a steel floor. I love the looks of a wood floor. It there a way to convert it to wood?

Mar-K has everything you need to do it.

You have to change the front panel (different for wood bed and steel bed. Also you have to get the individual slats that hold the wood. You have to cut some spot welds by the tailgate but the rest is a unbolt and bolt in affair. If you would like I have the front panel for a wood bed that I would let go cheap.

You need front bed panel, rear sill, crossmembers, wood, strips and bolts. If still interested email me for a price quote.

Hey if you get rid of your bed sheetmetal I'm interested in it as long as it still casts an entire shadow (i.e. no rust holes)

If you just want the looks without the hassle get a "Show Deck from Bruce Horkey. It goes right over your current bed floor and looks awesome...
