Does anyone know how much drop I will get out of a 1969 leaf rear axle flip?

ummm, the thickness/diameter of the axle housing, bout 3 or 3 1/2 inches

oh yea, forgot the leaf spring pak, add that to it. A friend of mine bought a flip kit and the shackle hangers and his sit down bout seven inches. The hangers was two inches. He had to c-notch his frame also. Maybe that will give you some idea.

Usually, a flip kit nets 5 to 6 inch drop.

Where can you get a flip kit, and exactly what is contained in the kit? Seems pretty easy to fabricate, or get from a spring company. Thanks.

If you have a wood floor don't use the 2 " drop shackle it will hit the wood floor. ECE sells a 1.5" drop shackle for a good reason. I bought a 2" drop shackle and it is about 1/2 " too high and it hit's the floor.
