it depends on if the carb you have is square bore or spread bore

the bolt patterns are different and so are the butterflys on the bottom. the square bores have 4 evenly spaced butterflys and the spread bores have the larger secondaries and have a wider pattern. you know when you buy a universal carb gasket and it has 8 holes (2 sets)? well square is the smaller and spread is the bigger. if you have the stock intake it should be a spread bore and any aftermarket spread bore will fit. but if its a square bore you need a new intake

According to your list number (4777-2), your carb is a 650 CFM 'double pumper' model 4150. You can use this carb on the stock intake by using an adapter plate (available at your local parts store).
For more info on tuning tips, stock settings, etc. check out www.mortec.com and look under the Holley section - a lot of info there. As far as the gaskets go, tell them you want a gasket for a holley carb - pretty universal. Paul
