ok, I got an issue that is driving me just a weee bit nutty

I am looking at (hopefully) starting the bodywork soon on my '68 GMC, but I cant seem to find that blasted cowl panel (the piece between the hood and windshield) anywhere, the PO apparently didnt know what he was doing and mangled the old one by routing a big chunk of co-ax through it for the CB antenna

I dont think I can fix it, as the metal is cracked, rusted, and twisted, any ideas on where to get a new one?
