Removing Hub

I have a 85 K10 w/10 bolt manual lock out hubs. I need to replace the wheel studs and from what I can see I will have to remove the hub to get them out. I just went over to take it apart, I got the lockout off and took the skrew holding the gear and spring out. Now from this point I see nothing else I can take off to get the hub off. I keep reading in the manual about a snap ring I need to take out but cannot see a snap ring. I looked for 15 minutes, and my dad looked another 15 and could not see any thing.

If you have any idea what Im talking about I could really use some help, and if you have some pictures that would make it easier.

(EDIT: My dad just called and said he got it I still may need help later)
