Like to install light switched on doors

I have a 67 C10 shortbed. Just got the dome light to work off the light switch. Now like to add some door switches, so I would have some light when I open the doors.

I found a 77 blazer and took the switches out of it. They were kind of beat and the doors on that truck had threads threaded right into the door. I can tap my doors and get these to work.

Then thought there must be somone that makes an aftermarket kit for this. Like to use some new parts instead of going through the work to use older stuff.

Does anyone know of any??
