The plastic grill is attached with small screws but I think there may be some rivets used for brackets on your year. I know my 69 had some near the hood bumpers and a few on the front.
To replace those, I recommed the threaded type replacement rivet. I got mine from Lutty's Chevy parts. http://www.luttyschevy.com/pages/home.html From the top, they look just like a stock rivet but they have a threaded shaft and a small nut. These things are GREAT! Easy to remove for later repairs too. Anyone that has tried to "hammer" in the stock style rivet will surely appreciate these.
