I just sold my '91 Celica GT, for 2K. Wife told me to use the money for my '69. Wow.....

As for people asking what it cost and/or what's it worth? Ain't none of their bidness. Kinda like askin' a woman how much she weighs or how old she is. For the most part, she ain't gonna say anything 'bout how much she weighs and whe MIGHT tell you how old she is....assumin' you ain't married to the woman you're askin'. If you're married to her and you're askin' them questions.....nah, ain't goin' there.

My bride knows what I paid for my truck and what I've spent on it. When I bought it, she wanted to know how much it would take to "fix it up" like I want it to be. I told her I'd have as much in it as a new truck would cost. I still got some more room to go to reach the new truck price, but life kicked in when I retired and the money seems to be needed for health insurance, more than the truck.
