What's going on everybody. Just doing the initial greeting stuff here. Just bought an '82 SWB Fleet on 26 Nov. It had a 305/700R4 originally, but it was pulled & a 454 put in. An 18 year old wanted a drag truck I guess. The guy I bought it from swapped out the 454/700R4 for a 283/TH350. Just wanted something to pull his camper. About 500 miles on the motor. Runs good. Minimal rust, usual places. Pushed in/creased a little below the body line, RH side above wheel well. Driver door has rust inside at the bottom. Probably the worst spot along with the LR fender at the bottom. Spent all the money on buying the truck. Just need to get some rust stop for now to put on since it will be a slow build process as most everybody else. Anyway, that's the deal with me.
