Re-do headliner?

The headliner and all the trim was removed from my truck before i bought it.

I got a complete headliner and all the trim from the floor up the A-pillar all the way back to the rear window (in good shape) for $40 today. I'll need to dye the trim but is in nice shape. The fabric was all sagged on the headliner it fell off as I was taking it out.

I would like to redo it with the perforated vinyl like LMC Sells , any clue on where I can get the material??

Also any good Ideas on how to remove the remainder of the foam backing from the fabric? It's pretty brittle and comes off easily when rubbed with a finger.
