Lop-sided :-(

[Gas Guzzler]

I have an '81 C-10. The truck rides fine however when you look at it from the front, its obvious that the front end of the truck on the driver's side is sitting lower than the passenger's side. Its not really noticable while riding inside though, only when viewing the truck from the front and the issue only seems to be on the front; the rear of the truck appears level. Unfortunately I just moved and don't have my digital camera here with me yet, so I can't post pictures yet.

Does it sound like I have an obvious suspension issue?
