Changing Timing Chain?

What do I need to know to change the timing chain and gears on my 350? I have the cover off already, and the chain is quite loose. I picked up a double roller/sprocket set, but I want to make sure I know what I'm doing so I don't screw it up. Are there any special tools required? What about precautions? Any help at all would be great. Thanks!
