LS1 Engine and tranny. What else would i need?

I found what looks like to me to be a nice package on ebay. It is for a LS1 engine and 4L60E 4 speed tranny. I want to make sure i can afford everything first before i commit. Also what would it take to make the A/C work? I am i going to have to update the wiring? Please excuse my ignorance when it comes to engines. Any comments would be appreciated.
