hello

Hi, my name is Bruce, I live in western snow york 50 miles south of Buffalo. I am new to groups. I was forced to retire due to a heart attack and no chance for improvement to my health conditions. I have done a little work on muscle cars only as a hobby so I am definitely a novice. A few years ago I found a 1966 chevy short box that was sitting after the previous owner let it go to weeds. I thought that the project would help me become closer to my youngest son who seemed to be drifting the wrong way. We worked on the truck as much as we were capable of and sent it off for final brake work and the dreaded NY State inspection. My youngest said he'd pay for the work which he couldn't afford, the vehicle sat and sat so now that I'm half of what I use to be I finished paying for it only to find that it needs a little TLC and a new box. I've looked this site over and have enjoyed the readings and information offered. Hope I can fit in and possibly help anyone who needs it. Thanks for forum.
