Reverse Leakage?

Ok, so after the 3rd try, I got my drivers rear to hold air (or at least it has for over an hour, new record there).

So I went out to check pressure and what was 70/70 front, 70/70 rear has become 70/75 rear. My passenger rear seems to be inflating itself! These are brand new valves, what the hell?

I only have about 100 psi in the tank, but the passenger rear is slowly creeping up. Is the fill valve not closed all the way?
