Questions about mounting gauges behind the stock cluster
I was reading through the FAQ thread about mounting the Autometer gauges in a factory bezel.
I my searches, it seems that some 5" gauges are mounted through the front of the bezel & some are mounted from behind the bezel for more of a 'factory' appearance. In some pics you can't see the Autometer gauges bezel on the 5" gauges (1st pics attached are the 'behind the bezel' mounting) & in other pics, it looks like the Autometer bezel actually isn't big enough & therefore looks like the gauge has to be mounted from the front. Anyone know why this is?
