Tire question

Well, hell froze over today, and I got plates on the truck. I drove it about 30 miles, came home, went back out a few hours later, to take it to the store, and the right rear tire is totally flat. It's toast...was anyways....

Anyways, now that you all know that my truck hates me, I'd like to know what the minimum sized tire I could put on a 15x8 rim would be. I have a few extra tires in the shed, and I figured I might throw one on the truck tomorrow.

Thanks for any help.
