questions about a tilt frontend on a 55-59

I am curious does anybody have a tech article on how to make a stock metal front body into a tilt body on the 55-59 trucks?

I have a general idea of how to set the spacing and start tacking the front body clip together and the general area to split the fenders. I have not however spent anytime thinking about how to do the front hinges.

Here is what else has me concerned. From the pics that I have seen with the camaro clip on the front the bumper is really close to the ground. Does the bumper tilt with the front or does it stay put?

Any pics and/or advice any of you have for tilt front ends would be great.

Thanks in advance!
