found the crack on my diff!

Well as some may remeber, I was told my rear end had a crack in it ( ok no funny coments !!!). So I picked up a 67 rear end . I have not installed it , becuse the spring perches on a 60 are at diffrent locations, and I need a diffrent track bar, but I have no way of welding them on. So I'll wait untill Chief gets some free time.
For a while I thought that the rear end shop just didnt want to deal with an old truck and blew the job off. I was wrong I found the crack. It is on the axle tube housing and is about a 4" hairline crack. So I'll just clean it up and JB weld it untill I can get the 67 rear end swaped.
Yea I now this is a some what of a pointless rant , but al least I now know were my leak is.
