Yes I talked to the fabricators for a good hour atleast. What they did was welded a stud to the back side of the fender and it now bolts in from inside the cab under the dash. Just do it a way that you can still slide shims in from the door jamb as needed for fender alignment. Set it up so that it needs at least 3/16" worth of shims. You can always pull some out if needed but if you set it up tight and then need to adjust it in you are screwed!
