The Inside Scoop on Suburban Patch Panels
I received a PM question on the subject so I thought it may be useful to others. Here's what I've learned about the Suburban specific patches:
The patches for the rear wheel well areas go like this: Front/lower rear wheel well uses what the catalogs call out for the Blazers. Don't use a truck patch there. Rear/lower rear wheel well can use a truck patch, but the stamped repop parts do not have the crease along the inside of the wheel arch (in my experience), so get them from a donor longbed truck. They make a Suburban specific part for that area at like $120ea ![]() Hope this helps someone and please chime in if there's more insight on the subject. |
