Started to put the front of the motor back together. Knocked the tube out of the drivers side manifold, drilled and tapped for plug(11/32" drill, 1/8"-27 nfpt tap). BTW, I didn't tap it with the manifold on the engine
I have to rotate 1/2 of the alternater housing to get the plugs for the wiring to align to the outside and build another 'L' bracket to clear the fan blade. Getting ready to start on the drivers side exhaust pipe, then it's time to hang the core support to get the radiator and battery in it...also want to prime and spin the oil pump to see how things work Finally got the pass. side door to line up better, just alittle more tweeking once the fenders are on.
