Replacement heater motor
I recently replaced a couple of heater motors...one on my '66 Chevy K10 with a Deluxe heater and one on my '66 Chevy C20 with a Deluxe heater. I bought them at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Their manuals only went back to 1968, so I had them pull one, so I could take a look.
They are manufactured by Siemens and are part number PM102. They come with the correct plug to insert in the motor body hole, since this motor does not require external cooling. They are a direct bolt-in, including the male blade connector to receive the factory female blade connector. They can be installed without removing the heater box from the firewall. They do not include the squirrel cage, so you will have to use your own. They also include the keeper nut. The best part of the deal is they are only $19.95, plus tax. I have seen them online for almost $40.00, plus shipping. I thought this information might help someone needing to replace the blower motor on their 4-5-6 Chevy Truck.
