Bed Panel

Has anyone replaced a bed panel before? One of mine has some pretty good damage, seeing how i want to paint real soon i need to address it.

Should i try to pop out the dents and use bondo OR should i get a new bed panel and install it?

What am i looking at when replacing a bed panel? I haven't examined the truck yet (im at work right now), but i did notice that there are bolts holding the panel on, if all i have to do is pull some bolts, i'm all about it. there are a ton at the junk yard, i should be able to find something in good condition for pretty cheap.

If you can't find it at the junk yard you don't need it.
